Pay an Invoice
Card or bank transfer. Payment is processed by Square.
Your invoice arrives by email with a payment button built in — paying straight from that email is the quickest route.
Looking for it? Square sends the invoice on behalf of Boundary HR, so it arrives from a Square address rather than from me directly, and it shows up as Boundary HR in your inbox. The subject line has your invoice number in it. If it isn't there, check spam and — in Gmail — the Promotions tab.
Can't find it? Email [email protected] and I'll resend it.
How billing works
One-time projects are split 50% on quote acceptance and 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days. Full terms →
Never on this site
Card and bank details are entered only on Square's secure page — never on boundaryhr.com, and never by email or over the phone. If anyone asks you to send card details to Boundary HR another way, it isn't me.
Questions about a charge
Email [email protected] before disputing anything with your bank — most questions are a scope or timing mix-up and take a minute to sort out.
